This company is looking to increase their existing team with this full time position within the sales department. They sell Christian books, Church Supplies, Gifts, Music and School resources to people all over the world, through internet, postal and telephone orders.
Daily duties will include taking orders over the phone and processing orders via email, dealing with customer service queries and passing customers over to the correct department.
The ideal candidate will receive a competitive salary as they are a Living wage provider and they will be confident working on the phone and have a polite telephone manner. They will also be IT literate and have experience of using CRM and Office software. An understanding of the Christian calendar or Music would be of an advantage.
