A Weighbridge Operator is required to join one of the UK’s leading recycling and resource management companies.
You willoperate the weighbridge, control, coordinate and record waste movement on and off site in line with licensing and legislation requirements
Responsibilities:
- Operate weighbridge, recording all vehicles entering/leaving the site
- Record weights & waste type by vehicle, completing appropriate documentation, collecting driver signatures and updating Elemos/IWS system accordingly
- Assist with general administrative duties, answering the telephone and providing customer service
Competencies:
- Competent level of computer literacy
- Professional and organised approach
- Good time management
- Ability to work under pressure
- Effective communication skills
- Weighbridge and or waste management experience preferable but not essential
Elemos system training will be provided.
